This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Glitz Handicraft website, covering domestic deliveries within India as well as international shipments.

Custom or Bulk Orders: Due to additional crafting time, these may take 4–5 business days for processing.

We work with reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. For domestic deliveries, we primarily use Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. For international deliveries, we collaborate with reliable global couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

13. Lost or Damaged Packages

For damaged deliveries, customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share photographs of the damaged product and packaging for claim purposes.
14. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation email will be sent once the order is marked as delivered by the courier. If you have not received your order despite it being marked delivered, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate.
