Return & Exchange

Each product is handmade with love and care, making every piece unique. But if you are still unhappy with any product, so here’s our return policy:

 • Returns/Exchanges:

Since our Products are handcrafted, we currently accept returns or exchanges only in cases of damage or defect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there’s an issue.

 • Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 • Non-Returnable Items:
 • Custom or personalized item
 • Sale/discounted items
 • Process:

You can Mail us on glitzhandicraft@gmail.com with your issue. If your order qualifies, we’ll guide you through sending it back. Once received and inspected, we’ll either send you a replacement or process a refund.

 • Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.
