Yes, we offer returns/exchanges in case of damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
When will I get my order?

- Processing Time:Since every Product is handmade with care, please allow 3 to 5 business days for crafting before dispatch. (For custom orders, this may take a little longer.)

- If the order is readily available it will be shipped on the same day

- Shipping Time:Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

- Domestic (within India): 4–7 business days- International: 10–20 business days (depending on location & customs)

- Order Tracking:You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your product is on its way to you.

- Note:Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unexpected circumstances — but we’ll always keep you updated.
